Today is ‘Hats Off day' and I am oddly and surreally calm.
I first performed at Hats Off! over a decade ago, since then I’ve been pretty heavily involved in varying capacities as everything from artist liaison, a music arranger, backing vocalist, choir conductor, dancer, soloist, to director of the show.
As proud board member of Oz Showbiz Cares / Equity Fights AIDS I’ve seen the incredible work that goes into this show each year and I know what it takes to get it off the ground I’ve seen this show grow and evolve so much over the years and I am immensely proud of what it has become and of the growing awareness it has spread each year for our worthy cause and the monies raised.
Always fortunate to have such great team of people to work with. I’m so thankful and proud of my incredible family of friends that this industry has brought into my life, who have donated their time and talents over the years. So many special moments shared.
I’m most proud of my work with the incredible visionary producer Peter Silver, who I credit for single-handedly for rebranding our beloved baby into the successful beast that it is now. This year, Pete and I both took our hats off ;-) For the first time in over a decade, I’m sitting in the audience tonight calm, collected and excited for the show.

Congratulations on all of your hard work and for rasing so much monies flip. I couldn't go this year but have been to many and always have the best time and always proud of all of the hard work you and ur team put in for the cause. Thankyou.
